When will I receive my package

The processing of your order can take up to 48 hours. As a rule, shipping takes 5-10 working days - this may vary in rare cases due to high demand or delays on the part of the transport company. 

If you have selected "bank transfer/pre-payment" as your payment method, please note that we can only process your order after receipt of payment. 

How can I track my parcel

Your parcel comes directly from Italy and is sent by GLS. After processing, you will receive a tracking link for each order with which you can track your parcel. We will send you the tracking link by email or WhatsApp to the phone number/email address you provided as soon as your parcel has been accepted by the carrier.

When will I receive my tracking link (shipment tracking)?

Please note that we can only send the tracking link after successful shipment. As a rule, you will receive the tracking link via email within 5-7 working days from the date of your order or payment.

I did not receive a tracking link, what now

As a rule, you will receive the tracking link via email after 5-7 working days - if you have not received your tracking link within 5-7 working days, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp

I've been waiting a long time but the package still hasn't arrived

It is very important to check the tracking link you have received from us, because there you can see the exact status and where your parcel is. If the delivery to your address has not worked, your parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel store and will wait there for you to collect it. You can find the exact information via the tracking link.

I have received the information that my parcel has been returned - what now

If the delivery did not work, your parcel will be deposited at the nearest GLS store - you can find more detailed information about which store, including the address, in the tracking link. Your parcel will be max. 7 days and if you do not pick it up by then it will unfortunately be sent back, unfortunately we have no influence on these guidelines. 

A new delivery is possible with a fee of €12.

Can I cancel my order

Cancellation of the order is only possible within 24 hours. Anything canceled after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as the order has already been processed and can no longer be delayed. 

I paid with the payment method "Sofort", when will my order arrive?

Payments via "Sofort" are a bank transfer in the classic sense. The buyer places a transfer order with the seller, which is why it takes longer for us to receive the payment. Normally we receive the payment within 2-4 working days. Please note that for all bank transfers (including instant payments) we can only process your order as soon as we can confirm receipt of payment. To speed up the process, you can send us a confirmation of payment in advance, preferably via email or WhatsApp. 

Is there a minimum order value?

YES, unfortunately we are forced to specify a minimum order value. We have tried to keep this as low as possible for our customers. Currently the minimum order value is €50.00, which corresponds to a Luxury Line fragrance.
